I am one of many World of Warcraft (WoW) players who have been unjustly banned by Blizzard Entertainment for "Offense: Exploitative Activity: Unauthorized Cheat Programs (Hacks)" or similar offenses. This accusation was made without providing a detailed explanation or proof. My 20 year old account, with over 10,000 hours played, was taken from me overnight. Many others share this experience and have never been previously accused of cheating in any fashion. Now their accounts are in jeopardy as well. 

The bans have impacted players across various expansions and modes, including Wrath Classic, SOD, and Hardcore. This demonstrates the substantial scope of affected players and that it's not isolated to one variation of the game. 

Players with multiple accounts have experienced inconsistent bans, with some accounts being penalized and others not, despite similar activities and add-on usage.

The current process is opaque and unfair. A few players have seen reduced penalties upon appeal, but the majority are met with standard responses, affirming the bans without detailed explanations. The lack of transparency in the ban process leaves us feeling helpless and wronged.

We demand that Blizzard Entertainment revise their ban process to include detailed explanations and proof when accusations are made. We also call for a fairer appeals system where each case is thoroughly reviewed before decisions are finalized.
