As your local Labour Councillors, we are calling for vital repair work to be undertaken on the crumbling communal facilities in Hartington Close, Hornbuckle Close, Cowen Avenue and Northolt Road.

These estates require urgent maintenance of their communal walls, footpaths and parking spaces.  Tree roots have interfered with many of the communal walls, dislodged bricks and paving slabs to make these areas unsafe. 

We the undersigned are petitioning the Council to make urgent repairs to these communal facilities to make them safe and enjoyable for residents.
