My name is Madan Bhardwaj and I am an aspirant of the IBPS, SBI PO, and SBI Clerk examinations. I am deeply concerned about the lack of transparency in these significantly expensive examinations which I, along with many others, work tirelessly to prepare for.

The issue at hand is that despite the higher application fee compared to other government recruitment bodies, IBPS and SBI do not provide crucial post-examination information. This includes the official answer key, the candidate's raw score, and the normalized score. The non-disclosure creates confusion and doubt among many aspirants, jeopardizing our trust in these highly competitive examinations.

It is important to have transparent recruitment procedures in these esteemed organizations that recruit thousands of employees every year. Greater transparency will not only bring confidence and trust among the aspirants but also uphold the credibility and integrity of these institutions.

Consequently, I urge IBPS and SBI to make the necessary changes to their current system by making their examination processes more transparent. This needs to be addressed urgently and efficiently to reassure thousands of hopeful young aspirants who dream of building a career with these institutions.
