As a resident of Bunn Farm in Locust Grove, GA, I am deeply concerned about the current inflation and misuse of Homeowners Association (HOA) fees. The accounting practices within our community seem to be improper, leading to an unfair burden on homeowners like us.

Our HOA dues are not being assessed correctly or transparently. This lack of transparency is causing financial strain for many residents who are already dealing with the economic impacts of rising inflation nationwide. According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, U.S inflation rate has surged to 6.2% in October 2021 - its highest level since 1990.

This situation is personal for me and many others in our community who feel that we are not getting fair value from our HOA fees due to these questionable accounting practices. We deserve transparency about where our money goes and assurance that it's being used responsibly for the upkeep and improvement of our community.

We call on the management team at Bunn Farm's HOA to provide clear explanations for how dues are assessed and spent, implement proper accounting procedures immediately, and ensure fair treatment for all residents.
