Demand Transparency and Effective Use of Funds by Artisan Edge Stone Community's HOA Board

The Issue

As a resident of the Artisan Edge Stone community, I've grown increasingly frustrated at our Homeowner's Association (HOA) board. Our neighborhood, which we take pride in and contribute towards its upkeep financially, does not show any visible improvement or maintenance. This is despite the contributions we make, intended to enhance our community's appeal and livability.

Many residents share this sentiment, suspecting that our hard-earned money is being misused by the HOA board for personal gain. Our community deserves transparency and accountability in how funds are managed. It's important for residents to see and understand where their money is being allocated, ensuring it is being used for the betterment of our community, and not disappearing into the pockets of a few individuals.

Based on a 2018 survey by the Foundation for Community Association Research, 82% of respondents rate their overall community association experience as positive. But our community is unable to echo this sentiment as we don't see our funds translating into tangible benefits or improvements.

We ask for immediate transparency and verification of fund allocation by our HOA board. No resident should feel deprived or doubtful of the board's intentions, and we all deserve to live in a community maintained and improved by the funds we contribute. Let's send a clear message to our HOA board: our neighborhood demands accountability and responsible use of our money. Please, sign this petition to advocate for transparency and community progress.
