I am part of our beloved community, trying to uplift everyone's spirit continually and striving for unity, peace and harmony among us. However, the lack of transparency about the vision, spending, and overall decisions of our church has raised significant concerns. In an effort to achieve transparency and unity in our congregation, we are seeking full disclosure from our church leadership.

The church, to us, is more than a place of worship; it's a beacon for the community, offering guidance, spiritual nourishment, and support to all its members. In respect of this sacred position, we ask for an open church meeting, as the current lack of transparency damages not only our faith but also our unity.

According to the Hartford Institute of Church Research, the top four factors that foster church growth are: competent leadership, spiritual dynamics, adaptation to social trends, and a comprehensive vision. All these elements require transparency and open communication, which is currently lacking with our church leadership.
