My name is Matthew Ramirez another victim of Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS) corruption and abuse. I am just one of many who have had their civil rights and constitutional rights violated, and false information used against them by this agency. This case was opened for placement while I fought my charge law enforcement attempted to charge me with because of falsified information being provided to law enforcement and after being declared innocent in a court of law on my (Burglary/battery charge, DCFS continues its attempts to separate me from my children without any evidence of abuse or neglect. This is not only my story but a shared experience among countless families who have been unjustly targeted by DCFS.

The issue at hand goes beyond personal grievances; it's about the systemic failure that allows for such injustices to occur. The lack of transparency within the DCFS system has led to countless families being torn apart based on unsubstantiated claims. This violation of our constitutional rights is unacceptable.
