Thousands of animals are euthanized in a year in California. At least a hundred are killed weekly. While they are in the shelter, they are living in terrible conditions. They don’t get walked for weeks, sometimes months! They don’t have beds/or blankets. They have to lay on cold, wet concrete. They sit in their own feces from not being walked. Some kennels have two or more dogs in them with no room. The dogs there develop respiratory infections and pneumonia, then get killed for it. The dog develop behavior problems from how their treated in the shelter, they get killed for it. We need to demand change for how they barely fund their shelters and the treatment of these precious souls! ��❤️
