Demand the Truth: Launch the Epstein Commission (8-10 Commission) Congress—do your job!
The Issue
We Demand Congress Convene a Bipartisan Commission—With Power to Subpoeana and Force Them to Testify
For years, the American public has been denied unvarnished truth in the Jeffrey Epstein affair—this story of how power, money, secrecy, and sexual exploitation intersect in our highest precincts. If we once convened a 9/11 Commission to unearth the truth about an external threat, then certainly we owe it to ourselves to convene a similar bipartisan congressional body to probe one of the gravest scandals from within.
The facts demand it:
Ghislaine Maxwell, Epstein’s close associate and recruiter of underage victims, is serving a 20-year sentence—and remains perhaps the single best source of firsthand knowledge
Virginia Giuffre, trafficked across Epstein’s network, has described being “passed around like a platter of fruit” by powerful men
Maria Farmer, the first person to submit a criminal complaint in 1996, has crucial early documentation of Epstein's predatory behavior
Alexander Acosta, the U.S. Attorney turned Trump appointee, who engineered Epstein’s notorious non-prosecution deal—he must explain how justice was deferred
Prince Andrew has admitted association with Epstein, even offering to testify under oath—but has yet to deliver
Alan Dershowitz, Epstein’s former defense attorney and deal negotiator, is on record as key to the 2006 plea New York Post
Donald J. Trump, whose name appears in flight logs and court documents alongside Epstein and whose private clubs were the site of accusations—he must be forced before Congress .
Bill Gates is among the many powerful figures whose alleged ties to Epstein continue to prompt questions .
If the Epstein files have truly been destroyed—or if authorities claim there's no client list—then every living person who holds fragments of that truth must be required to testify. Not “asked.” Not “invited.” They must be subpoeanaed and forced to testify, under oath, without pretext.
We, the undersigned citizens of the United States, call on Congress to immediately:
Establish a fully bipartisan National Commission—modeled after the 9/11 Commission—with full subpoena power, independent staffing, and secure funding.
Subpoeana and compel testimony under oath from:
Ghislaine Maxwell
Virginia Giuffre
Maria Farmer
Alexander Acosta
Prince Andrew, Duke of York
Alan Dershowitz
Donald J. Trump
Bill Gates
And any others whose names emerge as custodians of evidence or witnesses to wrongdoing.
Audit and publicly release all remaining records, including flight logs, financial transactions, digital media, and communications tied to Epstein’s known activities and network.
Let there be answers.
Let those in power be accountable.
Let us no longer settle for institutional silence and obfuscation.
Sign today to demand a Commission that will subpoena, compel, and bring the truth into the light.
