I am a resident of Parramatta, NSW and my personal experience with the APHS staff has been deeply troubling. My picture was stretched out without any prior notice or consent, causing me significant distress. This incident is not just about me; it's about the rights and dignity of every individual who interacts with these professionals.

The APHS staff are supposed to be responsible for maintaining a respectful environment for all individuals. However, their actions have shown otherwise. We need to hold them accountable for their unprofessional conduct.

According to Australian Privacy Principles (APPs), organizations must take reasonable steps to ensure that personal information they collect is accurate, up-to-date and complete (Office of the Australian Information Commissioner). The act by the APHS staff clearly violates these principles.
