With the Supreme Court's devastating decision to allow Donald Trump’s expanded transgender military ban to take effect, we are witnessing a cruel, baseless act of discrimination cloaked in the false language of "military readiness." This ban is not about national security—it is about fear, prejudice, and political games at the expense of those who risk their lives for our freedom.

Transgender service members have proven their courage, skill, and loyalty time and time again. They are not a threat to the military, they are the military. To bar people from serving based solely on their gender identity is unconstitutional, unjust, and morally reprehensible.
