Demand the Restructuring and Power Limitation of the Environmental Protection Agency!

The Issue

Many of us fuel our lives on the throbbing power of diesel engines - engines that move our trucks, power our businesses, and play a key part in our everyday lives. But we, the hardworking citizens, are finding ourselves targeted by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), an unelected body, which seems to do more harm than good in the diesel world.

The current EPA regulations demand the usage of emissions equipment that contain rare earth materials, which needs to be mined in other countries, leading to an increase in our dependency on foreign resources. On top of this, there is an ongoing push for Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF), which is essentially urea, a component of animal urine, that we are obligated to use in our trucks.

Moreover, the EPA has been ruthlessly lashing out fines and penalties, sometimes even imposing prison sentences, on tuners and diesel shop owners. These individuals are simply trying to improve the reliability and fuel efficiency of engines but are treated worse than hardened criminals by the EPA.

It seems that some officials within the EPA prioritize overwhelming power over empathy and understanding of the hardworking individuals they represent. For this very reason, we believe it is critical to reform the EPA, strip it of its excessive power, and limit its ability to target and penalize diesel engine users unjustly.

You are not just signing for the rights of diesel engine users today, but standing up against an unnecessary exertion of power which negatively affects those who contribute truly to the thriving heartbeat of our economy.

Please stand with us in demanding the revision and power limitation of the Environmental Protection Agency. Join the fight now. Sign this petition.
