Let's unite and recall the integrity, trust, and respect that the office of the MP should hold. Please, sign this petition to demand the resignation of our current Hartlepool MP who has broken his promises to the people.

It's important that our elected officials are held accountable for their actions, and in this case, inactions. If we let this go unchecked, it may set a precedent for future public office holders. Therefore, it's our duty as citizens of Hartlepool to seek the resignation of the MP.

Our Member of Parliament (MP) elected on July 4th, promised the people of Hartlepool two major undertakings — he would "put Hartlepool first and Party last," and "Labour will protect our pensioners." Both these commitments have proven to be false, causing great disappointment and a breach of trust.

Moreover, instead of addressing the concerns of his constituents, he took to social media, mocking and laughing at some of the residents who dared to highlight his lack of integrity. It's a clear demonstration of his disregard for the concerns and wellbeing of his constituents.
