We raise this petition out of deep concern and personal experience with the actions of Judge Bonita Atwood. Her rulings in family court have shown a distressing bias, wrongfully and unlawfully favoring abusive parties over fit parents. These actions not only violate the law, but also basic human rights.

Despite claims of her rulings being in the best interests of the child, these decisions have led to a horrifying daily reality for many innocent children – being hurt emotionally, physically, undergoing parental alienation, and being relegated to dangerous living conditions. 

Moreover, this same judge has been observed to conduct herself in a bullying manner, demonstrating an alarming bias against females, female attorneys, church members, and the African American community. She throws items in the courtroom and does not follow courtroom ethics. She belittles and intimidates pro se litigants mocking their intelligence, integrity, and appearance as they appear before her.

We believe everyone, regardless of their position, should be accountable to the law, and as such, we demand the unconditional resignation of Judge Bonita Atwood. Her actions are a clear violation of the principles of justice, fairness, and respect for the law. It is our strongest conviction that the welfare and safety of our children must be paramount in every judicial decision.

The time for change is now. Let's protect our children and ensure a safer and fairer judicial system. Stand with us, demand justice, demand the resignation of Judge Bonita Atwood.
