The Issue

I am a dedicated member of the All India Bank Employees' Association (AIBEA) and the All India Bank Officers' Confederation (AIBOC). Over the past years, I have witnessed a troubling decline in the effectiveness and integrity of our leadership, specifically General Secretary C.H. Venkatachalam and General Secretary Rupam Roy. These leaders, entrusted with the critical responsibility of representing our interests and ensuring the welfare of bank employees nationwide, have failed in executing their duties with transparency and honesty.

Their spineless and probably corrupt conduct have not only left lakhs of hard working bankers in abeyance but also have tarnished the image of the banking fraternity amongst public.

Crucial matters like 5day banking, Equal PLI and work Life balance with no gender discrimination have always been compromised with. All the leaders of AIBEA and AIBOC have failed miserably in representing the true sense of what the entire banking community expects from the government, resulting in collapse of unity and integrity of the society called associations.

We need leaders who are committed to upholding the values and mission of our unions, who will fight for fair treatment, and ensure the well-being of every member is prioritized. Sign this petition to demand accountability and usher in a new era of integrity and competent representation for all bank employees. Your voice is powerful; let's use it to make a positive change for our future.

Sign this petition to make sure your concerns are heard, and to help build a more responsible and accountable leadership in our banking unions. Together, we can ensure a better future for all bank employees in India.
