Our children go to school with the hope of creating a brighter future, not just for themselves but for our community as a whole. However, concerns have grown among students about the current leadership of West Haven High School, specifically regarding Principal Bohan.

As residents of West Haven, CT, we believe in the importance of a strong, supportive, and community-oriented leadership in our schools. Yet in recent events, there appears to be an increasing discord within our school community. Fundamental to this issue is Principal Bohan, whose management style has brought pain instead of growth.

Those personally affected feel that Principal Bohan is overstepping boundaries and creating a toxic school environment, which is counterproductive to students' learning and overall development. The American Psychological Association recognizes that a positive learning environment is pivotal for student success, and it is clear ours is lacking that essential element due to Principal Bohan's actions.

With this petition, we plea to the West Haven School District to reconsider Principal Bohan's position and leadership. We urge every caring resident of West Haven, CT to sign this petition.
