…………….Update: This petition is for Oasis Elementary parents and community and all of Peoria surrounding schools along with PUSD. You may not have any problems with the principal or district, lucky and blessing for you, but sooooooo many parents feel the need for this petition because the PUSD and superintendent refuse to make a change! There are records upon records of BULLYING issues not only at this school but for the entire PUSD. If we can make a change at this school imagine what we can do for other schools and the district! Bullying is a serious thing! And yet it’s not taken serious by the principal or administration!

BOTH PEORIA UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT AND THE ACTING SUPERINTENDENT HAS BEEN REACHED OUT TO MANY TIMES SINCE THE PRINCIPAL STARTED IN 2022. The police has been called several times on the administration THE PRINCIPAL is running at Oasis Elementary to the point where the district has been working with the principal to fix things! IF THERE WAS NO ISSUE WITH THE PRINCIPAL/DISTRICT, there wouldn’t be records with the district from concerned parents! We have proof and evidence otherwise a petition wouldn’t have been started on 3rd year of being principal since we already tried going through the district for 2 years already. We insist on a change in leadership at Oasis Elementary School in Peoria, AZ, focusing on the removal of Principal foremost. We insist a change in policies and responsibilities with the Peoria district and surrounding schools. Concerns have been raised by the community about the principals management techniques and the school's environment and safety under their leadership. As a community, we believe that all children and their parents who pay for principals funding should be given a positive, nurturing educational space, which is currently lacking. We need to ensure that our school is led by an individual who places the interest of the students and community at the forefront. An individual who doesn’t CONDONE BULLYING, an individual that STANDS UP FOR THE STUDENTS, an individual who ISNT A BULLY or CARES ABOUT SELF IMAGE INSTEAD OF FIXING THE ISSUE, the amount of bullying and student safety issues that have been brought forward to staff and administration, PUSD and the superintendent, yet THEY ALL DO NOTHING expect allow the bullies to continue to harass the victims. THERE NEEDS TO BE A CHANGE! Let's ensure that our voices are heard and that change is enacted.
