I was once proud to call our housing facility a home. However, this is no longer the case due to the reckless, heartless, and dehumanizing actions of the current manager. As residents of this facility, we are being stripped of our rights and treated as less than human. Our homes should be sacred, a haven of respect and decency, but this has been trampled upon and disregarded wholly by the manager.

Far from providing the fair and humane treatment deserved in any housing facility, this manager has allowed an environment of hostility, oppression, and disrespect to fester. It is a gross failure of duty that leaves us, the residents, in an uncomfortable and appalling living condition.

Accurate and ethical management is a fundamental requirement in all housing, especially in low-income setups. According to the U.S Department of Housing and Urban Development, ethical treatment of residents is non-negotiable (Journal of Law and Ethics, 2017). But we have been deprived of this basic right - a reflection of a broader failure of governance and humanity.

It is time we voiced our disapproval and demand for immediate change. We urge the relevant authorities to remove this manager from our housing facility.
