I write this as a concerned parent.

My son is a student in Allamuchy Township School District, NJ. I have seen firsthand how the mismanagement by our district superintendent has negatively impacted his education and that of his peers. Our children's suffering shows up as negatively trending state test scores, anxiety for school altogether, bullying and harassment of students by staff, and a financial balance sheet that reflects the poor leadership of the district.

The superintendent's mismanagement extends beyond academics. Financial resources are not being utilized effectively, leading to wastage and lack of necessary educational tools for our students. The personnel management is also questionable with an accelerated rate of turnover, low morale among staff members, and teachers without a contract.

Our school district was once known for its excellent performance but under this leadership, we have seen a steady decline in performance metrics across the board but most importantly - the overall wellness of our Allamuchy Learner. 

We need competent leadership that will prioritize quality education over bureaucracy; someone who understands budgeting and can manage resources efficiently; someone who respects their team and can lead them effectively.

We call upon all stakeholders - parents, teachers, community members - to join us in demanding the removal of this superintendent from office. We must act now to ensure that future generations receive quality education they deserve.
