Demand the Removal of Our Current Community Property Manager

The Issue

For many of us, our homes are our sanctuaries. But as tenants in our community in Shreveport, LA, this is not the current reality. We find ourselves constantly battling the mistreatment from our Community Property Manager. This is why we demand their immediate removal.

Our complaints range from general disrespect to neglect of our rights as tenants. Rather than finding solutions and stability, we are often met with dismissiveness. It is a situation that has escalated over the years, leaving the tenants frustrated and feeling unheard.

The US Department of Housing and Urban Development notes that property managers must address issues promptly, respect the tenants' rights, and exemplify fair treatment. Sadly, our community has been devoid of this professional conduct. As per the data from the National Multi Housing Council, disgruntled residents usually account for only about 14% of community disputes. However, in our case, the dissatisfaction is widespread and definitely more alarming.

We are no longer willing to endure such unfavorable treatment. We deserve better. Our homes should offer comfort not discomfort. Respect, understanding, and promptness should be foundational aspects of any community.

We, the tenants, call on the property owner and the relevant authorities to listen to our pleas and act accordingly. It's time to remove the current Community Property Manager and replace them with one who values and respects us as tenants. Sign our petition to help make our community a better place to live.
