I am part of the tenants association actively working to voice the unheard concerns, support our neighborhood, and help build a safer, more peaceful home for all. We have been drawn out of our comfort zones recently due to issues revolving around Mr. Muniz or "Steve," a figure of authority at Stevenson Commons in Bronx, NY, USA. Steve is accused of several offenses including harassment, stalking, using foul language, disrespecting tenants, snapping pictures without consent, and even fabricating reports against tenants.

The multitude of these offenses is distressing and appears to demonstrate a lack of respect for tenants' rights and privacy, creating an uncomfortable living environment. The situation resonates deeply with me as it affects the community I care for and work with closely. As a voice for the community, we need to amplify our concerns until action is taken.

Stevenson Commons must be a safe, peaceful home for all tenants, where they feel respected and are confident that their concerns are adequately addressed. The tenants' association and I stand ready to help build this kind of community. However, we believe that for this to happen, Mr. Muniz must be removed from his position.

We ask all those who champion residents' rights, those who believe in fostering safe and peaceful communities, to join us in asking the authorities to investigate the allegations against Mr. Muniz and, if found guilty, to remove him from his position.
