I am a student at our school in Bulwell, Nottingham, UK, and I am personally affected by the stringent rules enforced by our current vice principal, Mr. Matt Irons. These rules are not only affecting my mental health but also that of many other students. One such rule is that if you're four minutes late to a lesson, you face suspension - an overly harsh punishment for such minor tardiness.

The administration claims we are improving under these conditions; however, this is far from reality. Over the past year alone, we have lost approximately 100 students due to these severe regulations - half being permanently excluded and the other half leaving voluntarily because they could no longer bear with the strictness.

Our school feels more like a prison than an educational institution where young minds should be nurtured and encouraged to grow freely. This environment is detrimental to our mental health and overall well-being.

We demand immediate action: The removal of Mr. Matt Irons from his position as vice principal and a return to reasonable school rules that respect student rights while maintaining discipline in a fair manner.
