The struggle of being a student who is burdened by the use of Lexia PowerUp is beyond imagining. The vast amount of work this platform requires, coupled with its complexity, often leads to stress and decreased productivity.

Lexia PowerUp, designed as a literacy education tool, has instead become a nuisance for most of its users. The platform has failed to cater to the needs of its primary audience - students, by deviating from being a learning tool to a stress-inducing mechanism.

It’s not surprising that many students, including myself, find it exceedingly hard to navigate through Lexia. This arduous journey, instead of instilling a love for learning and literacy, demotivates us, holding us back from reaching our academic potential.

There’s a need to reconsider alternatives that are more practical and less pressuring for students. Discussions with teachers and academic scholars endorse this view, pointing out there are more effective and less stressful methods of learning.
