As a resident of Davenport, FL, I am deeply concerned about the current state of our community. The Highland Meadows II Community Development District Supervisors - Debbie Galbraith, Kristen Anderson, Genelle Moore Tucker, Miguel Vasquez and Joellen Dibrango - have shown a consistent lack of professionalism and disregard for the residents they are supposed to represent. Their actions reflect self-interest rather than the interest of our community.

The constant internal disagreements amongst these supervisors and their failure to act in a professional manner is unacceptable. Their management company and legal counsel have also failed to guide them towards responsible decision-making. This has resulted in mismanagement and abuse of funds collected from us – the very residents who finance this entity's operations.

Our community deserves better representation; we deserve leaders who will listen to us, work for us, and manage our funds responsibly. We cannot stand by while our hard-earned money is being misused by those entrusted with its stewardship.

We demand an immediate removal of Debbie Galbraith, Kristen Anderson, Genelle Moore Tucker, Miguel Vasquez and Joellen Dibrango from their positions as Highland Meadows II Community Development District Supervisors.
