My experience with Dr. Colleen McKay, the current Superintendent of District 130, has been unpleasant, and frankly put, unacceptable. Her lackadaisical attitude towards her job and the public who she is supposed to serve is a clear indicator that she is not well-suited for the position she currently occupies. Dr. McKay displays a clear disregard for the needs of the children in our district, seemingly more concerned with her paycheck than their well-being.

Dr. McKay's unprofessionalism is not only impacting the public's perception of our school district but is affecting the quality of education our children receive. Effective educational leaders prioritize the interests of the students and collaborate with the community to enhance the school environment, two areas Dr. McKay dramatically fails in.

It is disheartening to see that despite the obvious deficiency in leadership, Dr. McKay is yet to show any improvement in her attitude or performance. It is evident that our children and our district deserve better. With competent leadership, District 130 has the potential to deliver higher academic results and create a more conducive learning environment.

Dr. McKay's unfit leadership raises questions about her qualifications and suitability for the position of Superintendent. It is incumbent upon us as residents of this district to demand accountability from those in leadership. Thus, we are calling for the immediate removal of Dr. Colleen McKay as Superintendent of District 130.
