I write this petition out of personal experience and an intense passion for the Jacksonville Jaguars. Being long-time fans, our hearts ache seeing our beloved team on a downward trajectory due to the influence of Doug Pederson and Press Taylor. Their decisions and tactics have been debilitating, to say the least, and have brought the team's performance to a new low. 

They've been called strategists, leaders, but their recent actions make us question these accolades. The Jaguars are not just a team; they are a symbol of our city, our community, and we can't sit back and watch our symbol being tarnished. The time for a crucial staffing change is now.

We deserve better management, and more importantly, our players deserve better guidance. Any future of success requires the removal of Doug Pederson and Press Taylor. It is time for the Jacksonville Jaguars to reclaim the glory that we, the fans, know it is capable of. Join us in this fight for what is right; for the pride and legacy of our team.
