It has come to our attention that the Homeowners Association (HOA) Management company assigned to High Meadows at Springs Ranch, currently known as CCMA, is operating in a manner that lacks competence and transparency. This is of particular concern to us, the residents of this community because we deserve to be in the confidence of how our HOA dues are being utilized.

CCMA was formerly known as Mastino Property Management, and sadly, its rebranding did not bring any noticeable positive change to its operation. The company is still under the leadership of Kim Bacon, who is notorious for embezzling hundreds of thousands of dollars from different HOA's within Colorado. A crime so severe, it warranted a $2 million fine as ordered by the law.

However, despite such glaring issues, it feels like no one is genuinely managing our community - a disturbing reality that heightens our need for concrete transparency. We, the residents, need to be informed about who is truly in charge of High Meadows at Springs Ranch. We need to establish a clear line of accountability.

Therefore, we request everyone to sign this petition, asking for the expulsion of CCMA as our HOA Management company due to their incompetency and lack of transparency. It’s time that we have a competent and transparent HOA management company that suits the needs of our community.
