PETITION TO RECALL CC VILLAGE HOA DIRECTOR

The undersigned members representing 5% or more of the Association hereby petition the Board of Directors for a special membership meeting to remove one or more directors as described below and to elect a replacement director in the event the recall is successful set to coincide with the next election at the annual membership meeting. 122 members. 5% = 6.1 members. The petition must be signed by 5% or more of the membership (Corp. Code § 7510(e)).

Unfortunately, our current CC Village HOA Director and ARC Committee Member, Judge Jeff King, has failed us on multiple fronts.

This director has breached their fiduciary duties in several ways. They have misappropriated trust funds and committed self dealing—actions that are not only unethical but also detrimental to the financial health of our community. Furthermore, they have abused their position by failing to conduct necessary inquiries before investing community funds into costly projects.

Towing cars, without notice or proper signs (they do not mention towing), which caused unnecessary financial strain on homeowners. It's clear that this director does not prioritize the needs or interests of the residents they were elected to serve.

While no cause is necessary for removal under our HOA bylaws—a director can be removed without cause—the actions listed above provide more than enough reason for immediate action. We need leadership that respects its role and responsibilities.

For these reasons we call upon all members of CC Village HOA in Rancho Cucamonga to join us in demanding the recall of Judge Jeff King from their positions immediately. Please sign this petition if you believe in maintaining integrity within our community's leadership.
