Demand the Nullification of the Leaked CXC Principles of Accounts Exam

The Issue

I am one among many who sat for the CSEC Principles of Accounts paper 2 exam, only to find out later that it had been leaked prior to us writing it. This is not just a personal issue; it's a matter of fairness and integrity in our education system.

The leakage undermines the hard work and dedication we put into preparing for this examination. It creates an uneven playing field where some students may have had access to the questions before others, thus skewing results and creating an unfair advantage.

In 2018, similar incidents occurred with GCSE exams in England where papers were leaked on social media. The AQA exam board decided to not count those questions which were leaked (source: BBC News). We demand a similar action here.

We are calling on our educational authorities to void this Principles of Accounts paper due to its premature exposure. This will ensure that all students are assessed fairly based on their knowledge and understanding rather than their access to leaked materials.

Please sign this petition if you believe in maintaining fairness and integrity within our educational system.
