There needs to be an independent inquiry into the officiating. 
There is clear discrepancies in the way teams are refereed.
NRL officials should not be a protected species, they should be clearly accountable for their performances.
Instead of going on attack when questions are raised the NRL shouldprovide clear answers and guides.
