As a Palestinian, I carry with me the pain and memory of my grandparents who were violently expelled from their homes. My people live under an oppressive regime every day, struggling for access to clean water and basic freedoms. This is not just a political issue; it's a human rights issue. 

The situation in Gaza is dire. The blockade and carpet bombing by Israel on Gaza has led to a humanitarian crisis that affects nearly 2 million Palestinians living there. Hospitals, journalists, and places of worship are targeted indiscriminately, violating international laws. These are war crimes.

We are calling on the United States government to stop all aid to Israel which is being used to commit war crimes. It's estimated that US taxpayers give over $3 billion annually in foreign military aid to Israel (source: Congressional Research Service). This money should not be used to support atrocities that violate human rights and international law.

Furthermore, we URGE you to demand that Israel allow humanitarian aid into Gaza without restrictions and stop targeting innocent civilians. The United Nations reports that 97% of tap water in Gaza is unfit for human consumption due to the blockade (source: UNICEF). This is unacceptable.
