We urgently call for the immediate release of Kyle Little from SCI Chester. Mr. Little, a man who has shown exceptional dedication to rehabilitation, completing all Department of Corrections programs and authoring books that have made a significant impact on society. His nonprofit organization, Worthmore 2023, actively supports shelters and communities in need.

Despite his commendable efforts towards personal growth and community service, Mr. Little remains incarcerated due to a conviction marred by corruption within our justice system. Former detective Ronald Dove's corrupt tactics have tainted this case, necessitating an urgent retrial.

In August 2020, the Superior Court of Pennsylvania granted and ordered a new trial for Kyle Little - standing firmly on its decision in their January 2021 opinion stating that "even in the light most favorable to the Commonwealth (the witnesses) gave conflicting and internally inconsistent accounts of what transpired."

The Superior Court noted in its opinion that the witness gave conflicting accounts of what happened and after initially naming another person, the witness changed his account about what happened after "he was convinced by the detectives." The Superior Court also accepted the admission of another individual who outright confessed to the crime.

For these reasons plus many more, the court ordered a new trial. Yet despite this ruling, Mr. Little remains behind bars.

This petition is not just about one man's freedom; it is about exposing systemic corruption within our justice system that allows innocent individuals like Kyle to languish behind bars while their lives are unjustly stolen away from them.

We implore you to review his case with diligence and grant him the freedom he deserves as per court order. This fight is not just for Kyle but for every individual wrongfully convicted due to corrupt practices within our justice system.
