We, the members of Teamsters Local 997, elected our board to represent us. Our pride in their accomplishments is immense and we have never felt stronger representation. The claim that they are "incompetent" and that morale has dropped is an outright lie. In fact, morale is at an all-time high, as evidenced by the fact that our strike vote against MolsonCoors remains at a staggering 93% even after eleven weeks of picketing.

Our trust in their leadership is unwavering and this is not the time for rash decisions. The abrupt dismissal of our entire E-board was unjustified and has left us without the representation we democratically chose.

We call on all relevant authorities to immediately reinstate our E-board. Their removal was not only undemocratic but also detrimental to our collective bargaining power and overall morale.
