This petition comes from a place of deep concern, emanating from the heart of a passionate Fever fan. Our love for the game, respect for the sport, and devotion to the players is causing us to raise our collective voices. The coach's narcissistic tendencies are not only affecting our entertainment value from the games but are also causing mental health issues for the team, both on and off the court. The systemic gaslighting experienced by the players and fans is intolerable. Caitlin, a talented team player, consistently takes the blame for losses and never receives praise where it is due. Other players like Wheeler and Wallace are also used to treat the other players and Caitlin unfavorably, which is reducing the overall team morale significantly. 

We recognize the potential impact if things continue as they are: falling game ratings, declining attendance, and growing dissatisfaction among fans. Last year's numbers are an ominous warning. The upcoming WNBA media rights deal gives us, the fans, the opportunity to use our leverage to force necessary changes to restore vitality to the Fever organization.

We demand an immediate transition in coaching staff, replacing the current coach with one who is knowledgeable, experienced, and has led a winning team in the past. Our loyalty, passion, and support for the team will reflect in our actions. If these necessary changes aren't made, we are prepared to take considerable actions — from ceasing to watch games, to requesting ticket refunds, to canceling game passes.
