Demand the FBI Open a Full Investigation Into the Disappearance of Sudiksha Konanki
The Issue
We, the undersigned, are calling on the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) to immediately open a full-scale investigation into the disappearance of 20-year-old Sudiksha Konanki, a U.S. citizen who vanished on March 6, 2025, in Punta Cańa, Dominican Republic.
The last known person to see Sudiksha alive is also a U.S. citizen, now back on U.S. soil. Despite serious inconsistencies in his account and a lack of physical evidence supporting the official theory of drowning, no investigation is currently underway in the United States.
The FBI has jurisdiction to investigate crimes committed against U.S. citizens abroad, particularly when foul play is suspected and key witnesses reside within the U.S.
We demand the FBI:
• Open a formal investigation into the case
• Interview and investigate all individuals involved, including the last person known to be with Sudiksha
• Subpoena relevant digital evidence (phone records, messages, GPS data)
• Coordinate with Dominican authorities for access to their findings
Sudiksha’s family, friends, and the public deserve answers. Silence is not justice. We urge you to act now.
