As a concerned group of students and parents, we are deeply troubled by the ineffective teaching methods employed by Mr. Monroe William Watson jr. at Gilbert Classical Academy. Mr. Watson has been responsible for teaching algebra 1, general science for 7th and 8th grades, and physics. Unfortunately, his approach to imparting knowledge has proven unsuccessful time and time again.

Reports from numerous students across different grades consistently portray his teaching as ineffective. A significant number of these students have struggled to perform well in his classes, particularly in physics - a subject that requires clear explanation and effective teaching strategies to grasp its complex concepts.

The impact of poor instruction is not just confined to academic performance but extends beyond into the realm of self-confidence and interest in learning among students.
