Moreover, under his supervision, drug-related activities in the city have visibly increased. His disregard for his responsibilities and inability to maintain order and public safety imposes a threatening influence on our community, especially on the younger generation we are looking forward to raising in a safe and nurturing environment.

Accordingly, this situation calls for immediate action. We must replace Stout with a police chief who is reliable, trustworthy, and committed to serving the community with unwavering integrity and the highest ethical standards.
