In a recent experience with Delta Coaches, my family and I booked a long-distance bus trip scheduled for 1pm, only to have it unceremoniously postponed to 7pm. However, the bus didn't arrive even at the postponed time, leaving us waiting for an unacceptable longer period. To make matters worse, when the bus did finally arrive, it was dirty and had an offensive stench.

Unfortunately, this is not just an isolated incident. Delta Coaches have shown a recurring pattern of unethical and unprofessional conduct. They have a reputation for poor service, poor communication, and discourteous bus drivers.

Further, long-distance travel requires a high level of responsibility and professionalism to ensure passengers’ safety and comfort. When a bus company continues to disregard these requirements and passenger rights, it becomes a public concern that demands official intervention.

Hence, this petition is to urge the Department of Transportation to consider the removal of Delta Coaches from long-distance routes. It is of utmost importance that they assess the company's ability to provide services that meet safety and customer service standards. Passengers deserve reliable, professional, and respectful service, especially for long-distance travel.
