My encounters with Uber have not been smooth sailing. I, like many others, have fallen victim to incorrect charges and struggled with discontinuation of monthly perks. Presently, Uber lacks a clear, easy-to-reach contact method for customer complaints. This absence of a dedicated customer service platform makes it extremely challenging for users to express dissatisfaction or seek problem resolution. This petition seeks to appeal to Uber to create a viable way - an easily accessible portal, website, or telephone number - where customers can discuss any technical issues they may face, such as wrong charges, and other customer-related problems. The inability to communicate these issues directly contributes to the frustration and dissatisfaction of countless Uber customers. It's time for Uber to prioritize its customers by solely providing a dedicated, responsive and efficient customer service platform.
