On March 31, 2024 we ratified our first contract with Equitas Health, which included an annual wage reopener as per status quo and negotiation agreement. Despite many attempts of requesting to management that they meet with Equitas Health Workers United, they have refused to meet with us which is in direct violation of our contract.

We are asking for solidarity from the members, clients, and our communities to demand that management meets with representatives of our union immediately to negotiate raises for the new fiscal year. 

Our members are connecting our clients with resources by day and using those same resources at night because of low pay. We have shown our dedication and compassion to the communities we serve and deserve to have a living wage. Sign and share this petition so we can get the pay we are owed.
