StubHub fraudulently changed its refund policies to steal money from customers when the coronavirus started spreading. StubHub is run by a deceitful person named Jill Krimmel.

For years, StubHub has advertised a "Fan Protect Guarantee" that ensured a full refund if an event is cancelled. Many of us bought tickets with StubHub specifically because of this assurance. But when cancellations started racking up, StubHub's then-President Sukhinder Singh Cassidy decided to change the policy and offer coupons to customers instead. It's a blatant violation of trust and the law. Retroactive changes like this are unacceptable. Sukhinder was fired, and now Jill continues her shameful tradition of screwing customers.

Civil lawsuits have been filed over this criminal activity, but we need to raise the temperature on StubHub and Jill to act responsibly.

Our demands from StubHub:

1) the reinstatement of the refund policy for all customers who purchased tickets prior to March 11 (the day the pandemic was declared by WHO).

2) refunds provided within 30 days.

3) the termination of Jill Krimmel.

But let's be honest, we can't expect StubHub to act responsibly. So we're also asking Attorney General Xavier Becerra (California) Attorney General Bob Ferguson (Washington), Attorney General Maura Healey (Massachusetts), Attorney General Letitia James (New York) and Attorney General Ellen Rosenblum (Oregon):

1) Open an investigation into StubHub

2) Publicly release the letter sent to the company, as well as any response received from StubHub.
