We, the students and families of Strayer University, are demanding immediate transparency and accountability regarding the handling of our financial aid and loan disbursements.

Many of us have received official confirmation from FAFSA and our loan service providers that our financial aid and loans were fully disbursed to Strayer University. Despite this, Strayer is withholding refunds, incorrectly claiming students owe balances, and failing to communicate in a timely or professional manner.

Students have been forced to spend hours on hold with no response.
Refunds are missing or significantly delayed with no explanation.
Cases are "opened" but never resolved.
Selective call answering practices are being reported.
This is unacceptable behavior, especially involving federal funds intended to support students' education and living expenses.
We are demanding:

Immediate release of all owed financial aid and loan refund balances.
A detailed, transparent account breakdown for every affected student.
Full accountability for any mishandling of federal student aid.
Oversight and investigation by the U.S. Department of Education and relevant authorities.
Education should empower students — not trap them in financial games.
We deserve better.
