Demand Safer Streets and Protection for Vulnerable Residents in Southridge Village
The Issue
This petition is born out of a deeply personal and distressing situation. A resident of our street in Southridge Village, Fontana, CA, has been causing havoc and distress to his neighbors and most importantly, his own mother. He roams the neighborhood at all hours of the night causing disturbances; he drives recklessly up and down our block; he invades privacy by looking into people's cars; but most disturbingly, he is abusive towards his mother.
This man's actions are not only disruptive but also dangerous. His reckless driving poses a threat to everyone on our street. His nocturnal activities disrupt peace and security that every citizen deserves. But it's the abuse towards his mother that truly breaks our hearts. She endures verbal abuse from him regularly, sometimes escalating to physical violence.
His destructive behavior extends beyond just family matters - he has attempted multiple times to get their house condemned by contacting city officials as well as water and gas companies. He even tries to make false insurance claims which cost her money she can't afford.
This situation is untenable for both her safety and ours as a community in Southridge Village. We believe that everyone should feel safe in their own homes without fear of harassment or violence from others.
The law needs to intervene before it’s too late – before more damage is done or someone gets seriously hurt due to this man's reckless behavior.
We are calling on local authorities in Fontana, CA - including law enforcement agencies - to take immediate action against this individual for the safety of all residents on our street especially his vulnerable mother who believes "the Lord will take care of it". It’s time we step up as a community when divine intervention seems delayed!
Please sign this petition if you agree with us that no one should live under such circumstances – let’s stand together for safer streets and protection for vulnerable residents in Southridge Village.
