I am a member of the Richardson Independent School District (RISD) community in Texas, and I have had enough. The use of Schoology as a learning management system has been nothing short of frustrating. It is slow, glitchy, and annoying. Many students and teachers share my sentiment - we are all tired of dealing with this inefficient tool.

Schoology's performance issues have become an obstacle to our education. We are constantly facing technical difficulties that hinder our learning process. According to EdTech Magazine, 50% of students report that they struggle with online tools that are not user-friendly or reliable (EdTech Magazine, 2020). This statistic reflects our reality in RISD.

We understand the need for an online platform given the current global situation but we believe there are better alternatives out there such as Google Classroom which have proven track records for being reliable and user-friendly (eSchool News, 2021).

We urge RISD to listen to its community's concerns and stop using Schoology for the sake of efficient learning environment. Please sign this petition if you agree it's time for a change!
