As a parent with a child attending Windsor Girls School, I'm deeply concerned about the actions and decisions taken by its leadership. It has come to a point where many children within the community, including my own, are feeling severely disadvantaged and discriminated against. My child, along with many others, feel let-down by the people who were assigned the high responsibility of managing their education.

Under the current board of Windsor Learning Partnership (WLP), and the Chair of the Governors, the welfare of our children seems to be taken lightly. The governance group is now more than ever disconnected from the concerns of parents and the wider community it solemnly promised to serve.

This is why I am calling for the immediate resignation of WLP board members and the Chair of Governors at Windsor Girls School. I am urging the local authority to step in and take control until a new board, which would be formed with active participation and consultation from parents, is assembled.

Our children—our community's future—deserve an education guided by competent, transparent, and empathetic leaders who prioritize their welfare. Let's rebuild the integrity of their education together. Please sign this petition and help us ensure our children's future.
