The Issue

As dedicated members of the TCHS faculty, as well as parents/grandparents of TCHS student body, we all have endured and thrived through many changes in administration. Year after year, principal after principal, we have maintained our commitment to excellence, knowing what's best for our students and staff. Unfortunately, the current principal, Mr. Bilagody, has consistently demonstrated that he does not share this commitment.

Mr. Bilagody is frequently absent from essential staff meetings, as well as the school building. Mr. Bilagody often unreachable, leaving critical gaps in communication. His lack of presence extends not just to meetings but to the school environment itself, hindering his ability to effectively lead. Furthermore, his incompetence in handling policies, staff management, and student procedures has become increasingly apparent, causing unnecessary disruptions in our well-oiled machine.

Moreover, it has come to light that Mr. Bilagody exhibits discriminatory behavior towards women, unacceptable in any work environment, let alone an educational institution. This behavior creates an atmosphere of inequality and discontent, detracting from our school's mission to provide a safe and supportive environment for both staff and students.

We believe our students and staff deserve a principal who is present, competent, and respectful of all individuals, regardless of gender. A leader who communicates effectively and understands the intricacies of school policies and procedures is vital for the success and well-being of TCHS.

Join us in standing up for the future of our school by calling for the removal of Mr. Bilagody as principal of TCHS. Sign this petition to demand a leader who truly represents the values and dedication of our school community.
