In the recent weeks, after a long struggle with COVID and many families struggling to put food on the table. The city’s council had the decency to implement speed cameras in order to further drain the tax payers pockets with the claim of limiting the accident rates. Most accidents happen due to intersections, speed on the highway and lack of focus. The city is spending tax payer’s money to cause more agony to the already struggling families. They are giving tickets for people speeding even 10km/hr which can happen to anyone and everyone without them even noticing. This is an unfair and less than ideal way to spend our hard earned money as tax payers.
