On 9th of January 2025, our dear mother suffered a fall that resulted in a broken left leg. During this difficult time, we found solace in the professionalism and support provided by the hospital staff, who promptly scheduled surgery for her. Their immediate response was to ensure our mother's comfort. Our responsibility was to acquire the necessary plates for her operation from Reem Healthcare.

One of their employees committed to accepting online payments and promised to issue an accurate receipt later based on our request, which was to have the receipt issued under an institutional name, as they were covering the expenses. Regrettably, despite their promise, the receipt was inaccurately issued under our mother's name.

This is not a petty case of administrative negligence. It has caused us significant distress and prolonged our trauma, as the supposed coverer of the medical expenses now has improper proof of payment. This is not an isolated incident. Errors in medical billing and insurance claims processing cost patients more than they should incur. 

We hereby ask for immediate action from Reem Healthcare to rectify this error. We ask them to issue a corrected receipt under the name of the institution that covered the expense, as was originally agreed. Let's stand together to ensure that medical suppliers uphold quality and accuracy not only in services but also administrative aspects.
