I already can think of creative ways to resolve it in game. For instance, when a cheater is busted, their Hp falls to 1, they have to wait 45 mn to respawn if they die, and their own team can kill them. , The game shut down in 10 seconds, the remaining 9 players don't have a loss or a win, but can endorse one another.
