Brandon Cutler, the current Director of Fraternity, Sorority, and Cooperative Life (FSCL) at Purdue University, has consistently exhibited behavior that disrupts the harmony and efficiency of Greek life. Students at West Lafayette have voiced numerous concerns about his continued unprofessionalism, including blatant rudeness and a distinct bias towards fraternities over other Greek organizations. Such favoritism undermines the spirit of equality and fairness within the campus community.

Further exacerbating tensions, Mr. Cutler has repeatedly neglected to align with the Interfraternity Council (IFC), a pivotal body intended to advocate for Greek life students' interests. Instead of providing support and representation, his actions have left many students feeling alienated and unsupported. Moreover, instead of fostering an environment of growth and knowledge, he imposes redundant rules, mandatory meetings, and retreats that provide little to no value. These obligations not only squander valuable campus resources but also consume the time of hundreds of students compelled to attend under the threat of fines or disciplinary measures.

The students deserve a leader who truly represents them, stands by their side, and uses their position to enhance rather than impede Greek life. We demand action from Purdue University to replace Brandon Cutler with a director who genuinely understands and champions the values and needs of the students in Greek life.
